Place was amazing! My car got a flat on a long drive up in LA and Daniel and everyone at pep boys took great care of me with a great deal. Even got some water for my dog

Pretty easy experience getting my tires changed. Allen was very kind. I like that they do complementary inspections with the service. It was easy to drop my car off and pick it up when it was ready. Thanks!

Always friendly and willing to help. Some how my panels on the bottom of my car got lose and was hanging. After about an hour they handed me my keys back with a smile after working in 101 degree weather. Love to see that people still love their job enough to keep people happy. Thank you ☺️

On the way home from a road trip, and ran over a tire. The undercarriage of my car was dragging and when I didn’t know what to do, I called this location. They were near closing but Nick told me to come in, and he would do what he could. He was super welcoming and helpful. He made my car drivable, thus my trip back home safe. Truly a great business with great people behind it.

I want to say thanks Nick and Allen here at pep boys in Bakers Field for helping me out with my enterprise vehicle rental. I hit a pot on the highway. I called enterprise and tried to get the approval for the tire swap and with no help from enterprise they got me done and on the road in no time with no approval yet and it sitting in the cloud somewhere. Thank you so much Nick and Allen good people here. Have a blessed day and thank for the help.
